Refund policy

Venalys is operated by Ipsos Lab LLC, which provides the return policy and the 12 Month Freedom Guarantee described below.

1. Return Policy (60 Days)

At VENALYS, we do everything we can to offer you high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This 60-day return policy applies to your first order only. If your first order does not meet your expectations, you have 60 days from the date you receive it to request a return.

Please note that our estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days.

Return Eligibility Conditions

• This policy applies exclusively to first-time orders. Subsequent or repeat orders are not eligible under this 60-day policy.
• Subscription orders are not eligible for return.
• Only products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or opened cannot be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to Request a Return

1. Go to our Contact page to submit your return request, or email us directly at contact@venalyslab.com.
2. Please include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return.
3. Our customer support team will send you the necessary instructions to complete the return.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund for the item back to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used is excluded from our return policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country, state or province.

2. 12 Month Freedom Guarantee

The 12 Month Freedom Guarantee applies only to the Freedom Program: the "Buy 3 Get 2 Free" bundle of 5 bottles, purchased together in a single order.

It does not apply to:

• the 30 Day Trial (1 bottle);
• the Restoration Bundle ("Buy 2 Get 1 Free", 3 bottles);
• bottles purchased in separate orders, even if they add up to 5 bottles.

If, within 12 months after you complete the 150-day program, a licensed physician confirms that you have hemorrhoids, we refund the full purchase price of your Freedom Program.

How to submit a claim

All of the following conditions must be met:

1. Order number. Provide your order number. The order must be a Freedom Program order.
2. Doctor's note. A note signed by a licensed physician, dated within 12 months after the end of your 150-day program, confirming that you currently have hemorrhoids.
3. Signed statement. A signed statement, included in the Freedom Guarantee Form, confirming that you completed the full 150-day program.
4. Freedom Guarantee Form. Our claim form, available on request from our customer support team and sent to you by email. It must be completed, signed and returned.

Processing time

Once we receive your complete claim, your refund is processed within 30 days.
